NOTICE OF RETIREMENT

As of April 30, 2009 I will be retiring from medical practice. I do this reluctantly, but after 40 years of practice and contending with tender knees every day, it is the right thing to do. The office will also close on that date.

Dr. David Carnovale will be associating with Dr. Jeff Boldt to continue our work with egg freezing at Community North Hospital here in Indianapolis.

My heartfelt "thank you" to patients, nurses and physicians who have made my practice so successful for these many years. A special "thank you" to my staff who have been so loyal.
