We find that the nature of this medical practice makes for complications in dealing with insurance companies. Insurance contracts change frequently and thus, your coverage for services and medications may change. If you have a contracted insurance or HMO, we will expect any applicable co-payments to be made at the time of service. If you have a standard, commercial insurance company, payment in full is expected at the time of service. Any fees not covered by your insurance carrier will be expected to be paid promptly by you. We do accept cash, personal checks, Visa, MasterCard and Discover.
If you would bring your insurance card with you, we will by happy to file your claims for our services for you, but please remember that the final responsibility for payment rests with you. We can pre-estimate fees for testing and treatment so that you will know the approximate amount for which you are responsible in advance.
